NEW YORK, Aug. 27, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Fashion by Informa announces its New York Marketplace, taking place September 9-11, 2026, at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center. Strategically timed to coincide with New York Fashion Week, COTERIE, MAGIC, and SOURCING by Informa, will join under one roof, creating a comprehensive ecosystem for fashion commerce, innovation, and connection.
The New York marketplace will feature nearly 900 exhibiting brands and attract thousands of attendees, with 75% holding direct buying power. This convergence represents the most complete fashion sourcing and buying experience on the East Coast, serving boutique retailers to major department stores.
Curated Matchmaking Program
At the heart of the New York Marketplace is FASHION by Informa’s Brand Curation program, a strategic matchmaking initiative that connects retailers and brands through intentionally curated, one-on-one business meetings. The program reflects a growing industry demand for more personalized, relationship-driven commerce in a competitive marketplace, moving beyond traditional trade show models to facilitate meaningful partnerships that drive long-term business growth.
