Kapol Business Council and Partners Host AI Agents & AI 2055 Program in Mumbai

Conducted by Hiten Bhuta, a technology entrepreneur and Founder associated with Cyberweb Hotel and CGS Infotech Solutions, the program combined business networking with practical learning about artificial intelligence, AI agents, automation and future business opportunities.

The evening was designed around a central question facing business owners and professionals: how can artificial intelligence move from general awareness to practical use in everyday business?
Participants explored five areas during the program: using AI to identify business-growth opportunities; applying AI agents to sales and marketing; automating routine work and improving productivity; examining emerging business opportunities as AI capabilities continue to develop toward 2055; and discussing individual questions through an interactive Q&A.

The evening began with a welcome and networking session from 6:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., giving Kapol entrepreneurs, professionals and next-generation business leaders an opportunity to meet and exchange ideas. The main AI Agents & AI – 2055 program followed from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and included live demonstrations, business-use discussions, emerging-opportunity exploration and an interactive question-and-answer session. Dinner followed the learning program.

The live-demonstration format was intended to make AI easier to understand in a business context. Rather than treating artificial intelligence only as a technical subject, the session examined how AI agents may assist with business processes, smarter outreach, sales and marketing activities, repetitive work, productivity and the discovery of new opportunities.

The audience included Kapol entrepreneurs, working professionals and next-generation leaders interested in understanding how rapidly developing AI capabilities may affect the way businesses operate, communicate with customers, make decisions and prepare for future competition.
Kapol Business Council, Shreeji Sharan Group and Global Kapol Vikas participated in presenting the program, while Bhuta conducted the AI learning session and led the discussion on practical applications and longer-term possibilities.
