Brivo, the AI innovator and global leader in cloud-native physical security, today launched Brivo Reseller MCP, the first Model Context Protocol server for security systems integrators. By connecting AI assistants and partner portal tools through the MCP, resellers can create dashboards, identify customers up for renewal, review service tickets, understand growth patterns, and do analysis in minutes that would normally take days or weeks—all from inside the LLM they normally use. Brivo also introduced a private beta for Brivo MCP for end users.

“Brivo meets our customers and partners wherever they do their work. Today many people spend a lot of time working in tools like Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini—because these tools are so powerful,” said Steve Van Till, Brivo Founder and President. “You can now use whatever AI tool you like to help manage your Brivo system using natural language prompts. We meet you where you need us to meet you.”

Using Brivo in conjunction with an AI assistant gives security resellers powerful new ways to grow their business. For example, a reseller can now get a comprehensive sales analysis by asking an AI assistant a question such as, “Show my account, door, and panel growth by month for the last 12 months, my accounts by pricing tier, and how I am tracking against my sales target.”

Global Brivo resellers will use the MCP to increase operational efficiency and value for customers.

“Claude is already part of our team’s daily workflow, so the Brivo Reseller MCP fits right in. Our Alarm Support team will use it to catch offline panels and reader errors before customers call, resolve issues remotely before rolling a truck, prep account summaries ahead of customer reviews, and reconcile door counts and editions against what we bill.” —Merle Hughes, VP of Service, NAVCO, Fullerton, Calif.

“We’re excited to explore and interrogate client data, identify trends, and create tailored insights on our own terms rather than being limited to predefined reports and dashboards.” —Jo Kaye, Co-Founder and Director of Balthorne Security Solutions, London, UK

“Brivo Reseller MCP can help us connect information with insight, allowing our entire organization to become more proactive, more informed, and more valuable to our clients throughout the life of the relationship.” —Chris Gilbert, Founder and President of Security Pros, Sellersburg, Ind.
