Arch, an AI-powered platform for administering, monitoring and unlocking insights on private markets portfolios, today announced it has surpassed $500 billion in private market assets on its platform, with assets currently totaling $539 billion and having doubled over the past year. Alongside this milestone, Arch is also announcing previously undisclosed investors from its $52 million Series B, including MUFG Innovation Partners, Franklin Templeton and Anton Levy, founder of Layer Global.

The new investors complement Arch’s existing Series B backers, Oak HC/FT, Menlo Ventures, Craft Ventures and Quiet Capital, bringing additional strategic depth and institutional credibility to the platform.

Arch provides trusted infrastructure for private markets, supporting leading banks, investment advisors, accounting firms, family offices and institutional allocators as they manage increasingly complex private investment portfolios. Arch brings fragmented documents, data and workflows together to create trusted information and decision-ready insights. The firm is building on this foundation to give investors greater visibility, reduce risk and make private markets easier to understand, manage and act on.

“Private markets have increasingly become an essential component of investor portfolios, but turning the data behind those investments into actionable intelligence remains an outdated and manually intensive process. Crossing $500 billion in assets on our platform is a reflection of how many of the industry’s most sophisticated allocators are turning to Arch to solve that problem,” said Ryan Eisenman, Co-Founder and CEO of Arch. “MUFG Innovation Partners, Franklin Templeton and Anton Levy give us partners with the scale, expertise and institutional relationships to match the appetite for better diligence and insights these investments require.”

Capital from this round supports product development, data and AI infrastructure, and go-to-market expansion as Arch deepens its platform for the full alternative investment lifecycle. This includes building out CIO tools, enhancing Arch’s client portal and strengthening the automated pipelines and data integrity that transform fragmented private markets data into intelligence investors can use. Keith Soura, who recently joined Arch as Chief Technology Officer, will lead these efforts, building the engineering and AI infrastructure needed to execute on these priorities.

MUFG Innovation Partners, the corporate venture capital arm of MUFG, one of the world’s largest financial groups, backs companies with the potential to become foundational infrastructure, with a focus on AI capabilities and digital transformation. Arch aligns directly with that mandate. MUFG Innovation Partners is also an Arch client, leveraging the platform to manage its alternative investments, including fund-of-funds positions, streamlining fund document aggregation and enhancing portfolio reporting transparency.

“At MUFG Innovation Partners, we look to back companies solving fundamental challenges across financial services, and we believe Arch is addressing one of the industry’s most pressing operational gaps,” said Ryan Stern, Senior Vice President, MUFG Innovation Partners. “The growth in alternative investments worldwide has accelerated over the last decade, yet institutions and individuals managing private market investments remain largely underserved compared to public markets. Arch serves as critical infrastructure modernizing this experience, streamlining workflows to reduce administrative overhead and improve private market transparency. We are excited to support Arch in their next phase of growth.”

With more than $1.74 trillion in assets under management and operations in more than 35 countries, Franklin Templeton also relies on Arch to help modernize its investment operations, increasing transparency, eliminating manual processes and driving operational efficiency across its alternatives business.

Investors trust Arch to simplify K-1 and document collection, capital calls and reporting across private equity, venture capital, hedge funds, real estate and other private investments.
