The approach addresses a common point of failure in deck construction, where the visible surface is selected carefully but the structure beneath it is not. Both warranties are issued by the respective manufacturers and are subject to their terms and coverage conditions.
The company’s certifications tie the standard to third-party programs. Deckorators Certified Pro status qualifies the company’s installations for the manufacturer’s warranty coverage, and Fortress Alliance membership designates the company as trained to build on the Fortress steel framing system.
